Josh Johnson
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Josh Johnson has been a driving force at Fibersmith since 2017, bringing over 25 years of expertise in developing innovative software solutions for the telecommunications industry. Specializing in business and operational support systems (B/OSS), Josh is passionate about building tools that empower ISPs to scale efficiently.
Under his leadership, Vision has become a platform that eliminates swivel-chair operations by integrating subscriber management, sales, marketing, and field operations into a single, seamless system. His extensive experience working with third-party vendors has been instrumental in crafting integrations that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, finding inspiration in nature to fuel his innovative ideas.

Stephanie Rosskopf
DIRECTOR, CLIENT SUCCESS
Since joining Fibersmith in 2019, Stephanie Rosskopf has played a pivotal role in helping ISPs harness the full potential of Vision. With deep industry insight and a talent for building relationships, she collaborates closely with clients to define and implement workflows that unlock efficiency and drive sustainable growth.Stephanie’s background in marketing, communications, and leadership allows her to guide teams through change with confidence and energy. She is passionate about celebrating client successes, from launching new tools to achieving operational milestones, and is dedicated to helping providers optimize their operations to better serve their communities.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Columbia College. When she’s not collaborating with clients, she enjoys traveling and experiencing the national parks America has to offer.

Zac Cutler
IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER
Since joining Fibersmith in 2021, Zac Cutler has combined his technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver exceptional implementation experiences for Vision clients. With hands-on experience in establishing new telecom services and supporting small businesses, Zac is uniquely positioned to guide ISPs through seamless transitions to Vision.
Zac takes pride in helping clients model their business processes into Vision’s workflow system, enabling them to scale operations with consistency and control. His ability to identify and implement tailored solutions has helped clients achieve success, whether managing high-volume installations or tackling complex migrations.
Zac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In his downtime, he enjoys boating on the Missouri River with family and friends, embracing the balance between technical precision and creative problem-solving.

Joining Fibersmith in 2022, Allie Schomaker brings more than a decade of telecom marketing expertise to her role, where she empowers providers to grow their subscriber bases and build stronger community connections. Allie’s leadership has helped Vision clients streamline their marketing processes, leveraging tools like location-based campaigns and lead management to achieve measurable results.
Allie’s work is informed by her passion for clear, honest communication and her belief in the power of storytelling to showcase Vision’s impact. She is proud to have played a key role in refining Vision’s online shopping cart to help broadband providers simplify signups and drive sales.
Allie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Truman State University and a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Outside of work, she loves attending live music events, drawing energy from the shared connection of fans and artists alike.
