The Blind Brook Country Club is a private golf course located in Purchase, New York. The overall scope of the project included the construction of a new maintenance facility with new roadways, drives, parking, drainage improvements and environmental controls.

Our design of drainage improvements and the layout of the roadways and parking areas minimized impacts to the neighboring wetlands while providing the functional demands of our client. The project also included design plans for an expansion to the clubhouse facility to add a practice facility and expand the existing parking area.
